Delivery Areas

We offer delivery services exclusively within Dammam. Please ensure your delivery address falls within our service coverage before placing your order. Delivery charges for areas beyond 1 km from the store are calculated based on zip codes.

Delivery Schedule

• Delivery hours: Start at 10:00 AM and end at 12:00 Midnight.

• Order placement cutoff: Orders are accepted daily until 9:00 PM.

• Delivery slots: Customers must select a preferred delivery time slot from the available options during checkout.

Delivery Charges

• Orders below 100 SAR and within 1 km of the store: Delivery charge is 3 SAR.

• Orders 100 SAR or above and within 1 km: Free delivery.

• Orders beyond 1 km: Delivery charges are calculated based on the zip code of the delivery location.

• Delivery charges for 5-gallon water bottles remain: 5 SAR for the first bottle, with 1 SAR discount per additional bottle (minimum charge is 2 SAR per bottle).
